The Intel MFS5000SI Server Compute Module offers:

The MFS5000SI contains four fully buffered interleaved DIMM channels for up to 32 GB of memory supporting RASUM (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability, Usability, and Manageability) features. It also features a PCI Express x8 expansion slot, LSI 1064e controller (for access to shared storage) and integrated 2x Gigabit Ethernet (4x with an optional mezzanine card AXXGBIOMEZ not included).

Other integrated features include an ATI ES1000 16 MB Video Controller for graphics, as well as application management software (Intel System Management Software 2.0). Through the Intel MFSYS25 Modular Server System’s KVM-over-IP features, the server allows for remote management via the module’s on-board management controller. The Modular Server Control Software that’s integrated with the Intel Modular Server System offers easy-to-use deployment and remote management.

The MFS5000SI Compute Module is backed by Intel’s 3-year limited warranty.
