For performance, the Server Chassis SR2400 supports dual Intel Xeon processors, and for availability, the chassis provides hot-swap redundant power and disk drives and redundant cooling.The Intel Server Chassis SR2400 helps to simplify administration and management in a number of ways. Through validation with the powerful Intel Server Management 8, the chassis supports operating-system-independent server management. With the optional Intel Local Control Panel, managers and support staff can monitor the server conveniently from the front panel. Servicing is simplified as well in the Server Chassis SR2400, thanks to its support for tool-less assembly and installation of fans, risers, drives, slide rails, power supplies, backplanes, and other components.
